Your consent to processing your personal data as a part of the recruitment process performed by SE16N Sp. o. o., based in Warsaw, is voluntary. However, your consent is necessary if you are interested in participating in our recruitment process, for the implementation of the activities listed below, including checking your competences and experience.

Therefore, please include in your CV the following clause:

• I agree to the processing by SE16N sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: Al. KEN 55/64 , 02-797 Warsaw) entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000493463, share capital: PLN 5,000.00, which was given the following numbers: NIP 525-25-77-144, REGON number 147061559, being the Administrator of Personal Data, my personal data provided in the application documents sent by me, including their verification with the persons indicated by me for purposes necessary for the recruitment or cooperation process and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from the 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection- GDPR) and the content of national regulation: Act from 10th of May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of laws of 2018, item 1000 with later amendments) and the Act from 29th August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922), in the field that it has not been repealed.

• Consent is voluntary. I declare that I was informed about my rights under the GDPR, including, the right to access personal data and the right to change it or amend it.

• I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Please also add the following statement to the contents of the CV if you are interested in participating in future recruitments conducted by SE16N sp. z o.o. (after you add the following consent to the CV, your data will be retained by us after this recruitment is finished and may be used in similar recruitment procedures):

• I agree to the processing of my personal data contained in the submitted application documents in order to participate in other recruitment projects carried out in the future by SE16N sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw.
