SAP in Google Cloud is a free analysis and preparation of a migration plan for SAP solutions to the Google cloud - Google Cloud Platform.

As part of the program, our specialists will verify the readiness of your SAP solutions to be transferred to the Google cloud and prepare a detailed migration plan.

Google Cloud is a business platform of the future that uses the unlimited possibilities of artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced analytics, thanks to which it will allow you to get your company extraordinary performance, computing power, flexibility, availability and security of both current SAP solutions as well as future business needs.

As part of the program, a strategic migration plan is developed with recommendations to maximize cost savings, improve system efficiency and extend their uptime without downtime and interruptions.

The analysis and preparation of the SAP migration plan to the Google cloud will consist of the following stages:

Phase 1 - WORKSHOPS

During the online workshops, the goal of SE16N specialists is to collect detailed information on the state and capabilities of the SAP environment currently operating in your company and the possibility of transferring these solutions to the cloud.
Phase 2 - ANALYSIS

The purpose of the analysis is to identify the most important changes and improvements to business processes for your company, which will increase the scalability and flexibility of systems and discover the actual needs and goals of moving to the Google cloud.
Phase 3 - MIGRATION PLAN

Based on the collected information, SE16N specialists will prepare a detailed plan for the migration of SAP systems to the Google cloud along with a cost analysis.

The last phase of the program is the preparation of a test version of the solution in order to verify the previous assumptions and minimize the risk of actual implementation.
